Seems to me that what this list claims is that there hasn't been a good rock band formed in the last...what is that, 15 years for Pearl Jam? Are they pronouncing a whole genre dead?
What I really want to know is--should I throw out my ripped jeans, or is there a chance that Def Leppard will come back?

i agree with crash. i dont see pearl jam even in my top 50. i think gnr(with axl $ slash) has to be the best rock band ever. after that it should be obviously nirvana. i dont know what the hell is wrong with people who say put bands like pearl jam, coldplay and some others in their top 10 list. these guys dont even know what is rock.

ok, just because you have a favorite band doesnt mean you can just put them as the best band ever. nirvana is my favorite band by far but they are not the best band and i know it. so get your heads out of your asses.
