Musicians Uniting in Song to Support File Sharing

Artist Halsey Burgund, of Aesthetic Evidence, is asking musicians to submit recordings of themselves expressing support for filesharing. He plans to incorporate these recordings in a remix track released under a Creative Commons license, focusing on the subject of filesharing.

The script: "My name is [name] of [band]. I am a musician and I support filesharing. [more thoughts here]."

Interesting. LimeWire, BearShare, Mercora, and other P2P/torrent sites are gonna love this guy! Look for a counter-remix sponsored by the RIAA in which record labels express distaste for filesharing, accompanied by a "Taking Care of Business" loop.
