LightSpeed Audio Labs Launching at Less Than LightSpeed

LightSpeed Audio LabsWhat can I say, I’m impatient.  How can you not be excited about a technology that claims to enable real-time audio collaboration (not MIDI, which is what most real-time technologies offer…which is still pretty cool, mind you)?  In May of last year, it was only a press release, but now LightSpeed Audio Lab’s website is taking shape.

They seem to be focusing on 1) music discovery, 2) online, real-time jamming, and 3) real-time grooving/performing for fans; all enhanced with flash-empowered widget technology that will allow artists to export recordings into any audio format, as well as paste widgets/players into websites containing the content.

Keep an eye on this one…
